Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Prishtina, Kosovo.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Severability

These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TeboTronic regarding the use of our Services.
